Join the children of Rutland as they dance together with bells and flowers to welcome the start of Summer  

Come tie bells ‘round your knees, place a floral crown ‘pon your head and ye shall tap Morris sticks ’n’ skip round the Maypole.

• Seasonal Crafts

Create your own floral crown with freshly picked seasonal flowers. Make a string of bells to tie around your knees and give your dance steps that extra spring jingle.

• Dress up

Wear your best all green or all white outfits to create a spectacular group dress up theme to welcome in the Summer!

• Live Music & Have-a-go Dancing

We will be joined by Rutland Morris and their wonderful musicians. Learn a dance, as we leap, skip and tap Morris sticks to bring in the Summer. Take up a ribbon and have-a-go at Maypole dancing.
