This document is for families who have read the Information Pack for Prospective Families and would like their child or children to join Lerntree. Please read and complete the form with care and attention.

AGREEMENT ON REGISTRATION - WAITING LIST

I have read all the sections that are presented in the registration form and have completed them correctly. I understand that if a space at Lerntree is not available immediately, my child will be added to our waiting list. The waiting list does not function on a first come, first serve basis, as we aim to maintain a balance of age and gender in the group.
