This document is for families who have read the Information Pack for Prospective Families and would like their child or children to join Lerntree. Please read and complete the form with care and attention. Refer to the Information Pack for Prospective Families for a fuller description of our application procedure.

AGREEMENT ON REGISTRATION - WAITING LIST

The waiting list does not function on a first come, first serve basis, as we aim to maintain a balance of age and gender in the group.
