    I hereby grant Root-and-Branch Out CIC permission to photograph and/or film myself and/or children in my care (all named below), and to use and publish images and film footage of the named.  

    I further give my consent to     Root-and-Branch Out CIC to publish, republish or otherwise transmit the images in any medium for all purposes throughout the world. 
     
    I understand that I do not own the copyright of the photograph(s) and/or film footage. I further release the
    photographer    /videographer and their direct or indirect licensees and assignees, from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the use of the images.
