It’s great to have you on board for this Gardening Basics course.
We hope that you will gain some news skills, meet some new people and benefit from the peaceful Shared Garden called Growers Row.
Sessions will be on a Wednesdays afternoon 1.00 to 3pm.
Root-and-Branch Out CIC will:
Volunteers will:
1. Complete consent forms for attending
2. Sign in on arrival
3. Receive a certificate of attendance for the course
Root-and-Branch Out CIC will cancel a session due to high winds, ice, illness or any unforeseen circumstance and efforts will be made to contact the volunteer in good time prior to session start.
We will hold this data for our use only, we will not share any of this information. Data will be shredded once no longer attending.
Root-and-Branch Out CIC will take photographs and at times take video for the purpose of our marketing and to record evidence of project impact. We would like to ask for your consent for images/videos for these purposes. These images would be shared via our social media, website , marketing, and within our voluntary and community networks.

- Provide Gardening sessions at Rutland Agricultural Society garden at the specified times as agreed
- Provide resources as required to allow the sessions to run safely
- Offer transport if required
- Support you with any access requirements that you have
